a) email id will be the primary key for email as it is different for each user.

b) The primary key for advisor giving advisor name is not suitable as the advisors may have the same name which can be problematic and the primary id should be unique.

c) appointment number can be suitable for the office visit.

As it can be unique for each person all other attributes eg time date can not give unique as two-person visiting can have the same time.

d) Department name is unique for the department hence it is the primary key. No two departments will be having the same department name.
