You suspect that the equipment failed because of an internal design problem and that it was not properly tested. However, at the conclusion of the meeting your project manager represents Velky's official position-the test equipment is functioning properly. You keep silent during the meeting, but afterwards talk to your project manager about his diagnosis. You suggest that Velky tell DGC that the problem is due to a de- sign fault and that Velky will replace the defective equipment. Your manager replies, "I don't think it's wise to acknowledge that it's our fault, There's no need to hang out our wash and lessen DGC's confidence in the quality of our work. Case-study If i were inorking for velky measurement i will do the same thing which my project manager does because DGC woulld have been our old cartomer and we should not break their trust as a senior my project manager does the right thing which is beneficial for our company because it is issue of Reputation for velky Measurement and trust of their clients.

As an employee of velky measurements i have to think for future if i tell the truth to DGC Corporation company should loose one of the best client. And In future velky measurement will not do the same thing for the reputation of company.
