1. What situations are better suited for Theory X and what situations are better suited for Theory Y? Why?

Theory X is like an employee who doesn't even want to work. It's not good to be in such a working environment because the energy can also pass down. Other people feel pitiful, tired, and demotivated. Theory Y now shows that different employees start to work physically and mentally. You begin to do things yourself and become your own leaders. Theory X really doesn't believe other people or themselves. The worst will happen, you want to believe. On the other hand theory y, they try to stay optimistic and they try to be best and try to have the best hope.
