Note : Given cell in the question has 2n = 20

1) number of chromosomes in one meiotic cell during Prophase II is equal to 10 chromosomes ( n ) because chromosomes numbers per cell has been reduced to half of its total number during meiosis I .

2) number of chromatids per chromosome in one meiotic cell during telophase I is equal to 2 chromatids because the sister chromatids are separated during meiosis II .

3) number of chromosomes in one cell during G 2 phase of interphase is equal to 20 chromosomes ( 2n ) because chromosomes numbers per cell are reduced in the meiosis I .

4) number of chromosomes in one mitotic cell during telophase is equal to 20 chromosomes ( 2n ) because mitosis does not reduce the number of chromosomes per cell .
