Teamwork can be defined as a group of people who comes from different department but share the same goal. Elaborate all together to achieve a symbol under the time limit.

For example a group of people from different department who is in a team to build a bridge will be integrated into the teamwork for building that infrastructure.

Three positive reasons why a manager would prefer working with teams are as follows

• Increased efficiency

Is a group of different people who are expert in their field and share the same goal. By having experience people in the team who can easily understand the instructions of a manager and can manage accordingly improves the overall efficiency and the control over the given job. Managers can easily instruct those teams to obtain the goal in more efficient manner.

• Easy to manage

When a group of people share the same goal it is easy to manage a set rather than managing individuals. Managers directly instruct the team leaders to manage their teams according to the plan goals and this decrease is the complexity of the job by providing an additional support to the managerial system.

• Giving team goals

In a plan, different balls are the given two different people to achieve the main goal quickly and more efficiently. Same skill oriented people can be set into one team and dost specific teams can be given individual goals.

3 negative reasons why a manager would prefer working with the teams are as follows

• Uneven participation

It's not necessary that every member in the team would be participating equally into the teamwork. Hence, pointing out an individual who is not performing enough or participating enough in a teamwork becomes tough for the managers.

• Limitation in creativity

Creativity as all of the team members are set for a defined goal which limits their individual creativity as well. If some individual in the team things about his own idea, most probably he would be dropping it because of a mutual goal that team shares.

• Time taking process

Selection of a team would be very time taking hence the overall work of manager is increased and that creates trouble for the managers work. Why infants load of selection of team members as well as deciding the various strategies good lead excessive pressure on a manager.

This article provide adequate information regarding different aspects of teamwork as well as advantages and disadvantage of teamwork which increases our effect of understanding of the specific culture benefiting US government in cooperative standards in creation of team as well as mitigation of different problems involved in teamwork.
