Present scenarios of the firm in such a competitive environment where each and every firm irrespective of size is in competition with each other. To remain in market every firm wants to grab consumer’s attention by producing new range of products with this it resulted in decrease in demands of products of other goods. Thus the manufacturer of non-competing consumer products have found decline in the sale of its product range and thus the data or information collection of details of consumers is not able to collect. Hence it is concluded the plan of CEO has been backfired.
