Reaction order depends reactants.

Rate = k[A]x[B]y

Order, n = x+y

In zero-order reaction, rate is independent of the concentration of a particular reactant.

2)
Concentration affects the rate of reaction but it doesn't depend rate constant.

Rate constant will not change according to concentration.

Increasing the rate does not increase the rate constant.
