Answer- One of the most important characteristics of employees is to be able to adapt certain changes in the organization. Today, different changes occur everyday in our professional and personal life. An employee can handle these changes in the workplace by using the following tricks-

1. As an employee, one needs to be positive and prepare for multiple outcomes. Workers should always be optimistic, use their skills, experience and network to maximize their new roles in the changing environment.

2. The workers need to recognize that change is constant. Companies are regularly moving employees from one team to another based on their needs. So, it's better to accept the reality.

3. Communication is a very powerful factor for getting success in life. We need to communicate with others regarding our new role in the company. This will help us to handle the change positively.

                                  Despite these tips, one needs to be optimistic,learn new skills, ask many questions as possible and find out ways to help others to cope with change. If a person handle all these changes in the workplace enthusiastically, he/she would be very successful in his/her professional and social life.
