T = 70 N

The vertical component of the Tension in the both strings together balances weight of the Body.

that is, 2Tsin\theta = W

\Rightarrow sin\theta = \frac{W}{2T}

\Rightarrow sin\theta = \frac{60}{2*70} = 0.428

\Rightarrow \theta = sin^{-1} (0.428) = 25.34^{o} [answer]
