Given mean= 10 inches and S.D = 4 inches

Z value corresponding to 0.8 value is 0.84 (Z table). You can use NORM FUNCTION OF EXCEL TO GET Z VALUE CORRESPONDING TO P VALUE.

Z= X-mean/sigma

Z*sigma= X-mean

X= 0.84*4+10

X= 3.36+10

X= 13.36 inches.
