As per Guidelines we cannot search for anything it is a violation and also posting multiple questions is also a violation to our Guidelines and answering them too. However, I've answered first question so that you would rate this answer positively.

Industry Life Cycle -

A life cycle for the company defines the different stages in which industries work, grow, prospect and decline within a sector. Typically, an industry life cycle comprises five phases — startup, growth, shakeover, maturity and decrease. These stages may take several months or years to complete. Due to a lack of knowledge about the features and performance of the new product, customer demand is limited at start-up. As the product is gradually gaining attention from a larger segment, the industry is progressing towards the growth stage in which profits are increasing. Shakeout refers generally to industry consolidation. Of course, some companies are removed.

The majority of companies in the industry have developed themselves at maturity and the market approaches the point of saturation. The companies collectively try, by adopting strategies to discourage new competition from entering the sector, to mitigate the intensity of competition in the industry to protect themselves and maintain profitability. They also develop strategies to play the lead and reduce rivalry.

Because customers are demanded fairly large and consistent, companies are making the most of their revenues, profit and cash flows. Products become increasingly common and popular among the public, and the prices in comparison to new products are fairly reasonable. The decline is the last stage of a life cycle for the industry. In a declining industry, the intensities of competition depend on a variety of factors: decrease speed, exit barrier height and fixed cost level. Some companies may choose to focus on its most profitable products or services in order to maximize profits and to remain in the industry in order to deal with declines. Many larger companies will try to get the dominant player from weaker or unsuccessful rivals. Divisions will be their optimal choice for those who face massive losses and do not believe that there are chances of survival.
