CH4 = nonpolar, smallest point

CH3CH2CH3 = nonpolar, second smallest, due to mass being greater than that of CH4

NH3 = dipole, hydrogen bonding, less than H2O due to lone pairs

H2O = highest point, due to the dipole and hydrogne bonding ratio

therefore

H2O > NH3 > CH3CH2CH3 > CH4
