According to the Robbie Woods, it’s hard to answer the question without knowing the context, because “naturalism” and “realism” are used differently in different fields.
Naturalism is defined as the natural world to include all the things surrounded by us. It means that if it exists, then its natural but if it’s not natural. It doesn’t exist. Unnatural things can be anything supernatural. Nobody can deny the existence of things commonly considered to be supernatural, like ghosts or angels or gods. Rather, it is the assertion that if such things exist, then they are natural. The natural things are part of the world and must be amenable to observation and inspection in some manner. Naturalism basically is the proposition that real things can pass tests of their realness. It is not popular with many religious and mystical groups because it denies the existence of things that are not objectively observable. If you believe in the objective existence of something that is impossible to experience objectively, then you are not a philosophical naturalist.
On the other hand , Realism have different definition like depending on what exactly you think is real. Some realists are opposed to naturalism , A realist might argue that abstract notions like good, evil, or mathematics have a real, concrete existence i.e which is not a naturalistic position. Other forms of realism dovetail quite nicely with naturalism, A realist might argue that the material world exists and is not simply an illusion of the senses or a hallucination of the mind, and this is a very naturalistic position.
