We will not consider solids in equilibrium expressions. This mean (solids and liquids are not included in the expression for Kc).

Kc = 1.58 x 10-8 = [CO2][NH3]2

1.58 x 10-8 = [CO2][2.5 x 10-3]2

[CO2] = [1.58 x 10-8]/ [2.5 x 10-3]2

[CO2] = 0.002528 M = 2.5 x 10-3 M

[CO2] = 2.5 x 10-3 M
