a) Distributive Justice: Two employee doing same type of work on a same post getting exact same amount of salary.

b) Procedural Justice: Two employee with same level of experience and same work profile having equal opportunity for the promotion.

c) Interactional Justice: Due to jobcuts, company conveyed the message to the concerned employee in advance with proper respect and dignity
