For making graph, you have to taken X Axis along enzyme concentration and on Y Axis you have to taken height of bubble column. Height of bubble column depicts the enzyme activity. Because peroxidase enzyme acts on H2O2 ( hydrogen peroxide ) substrate and yield oxygen gas bubble and hydrogen gas. More the number of oxygen bubble more will be height of column and more will be enzyme activity. Please look in the image for graph;
