Because nurses and doctors produce medical care. A nursing home and X-ray technician also produce medical care. Therefore, options B, C and E are correct.

2) For first blank space : The answer is decrease.

For second blank space : The answer is increase.

When number of medical care producers increase then the supply of medical care will increase. As a result, the equilibrium price of medical care will decrease. Due to falling price the consumer surplus will increase.
