a. punish unethical behaviours

Just providing a set of ethics in the code of conduct for the organization to follow will not be enough if they are not communicated the impact of not following those norms or acting in an unethical manner. Hence the punishment for any ethical behaviour should be mentioned and it should be given to the guilt when unethical behaviour is conducted.
