The characteristics of social interaction plays a significant role in children's cognitive development as child initially interact with their parents or caregiver and an bond of trust develop in their mind. The more child interact socially the more he form emotional attachment with people and build a base for further relationship. With the help of characteristics of social interaction a child start how to behave, play, communicate and interact with people around them. Many philosophers said that social interaction is very important for better cognitive development among children because society and community has huge impact on children cognitive development.

With the help of social interaction children start recognizing their self and also come to know what other people expect from them. They become able to distinguish right and wrong thing as much as they interact with more people. Social interaction is very necessary for each children's better cognitive, physical and psychological development.
