The people with poverty, violence or loss, and chronic illness may experience negative decades of life as compare to other children. They are sometimes compromised education, safety, social withdrawal and caring. These children shows characteristics changes like school drop out or social withdrawal. These happens fees is not affordable for them.so education should provide to all by identify their limitations and support and vocational education and skill development section enables the children to engage in school activities.
