evaluate the relationship between motivation , job satisfaction and effective performance . give reasons in support of your views
There is no doubt in the fact that all these 3 viz. Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Effective performance are inter connected and one depended on the other in the short as well as long run.
Effective performance would mean that what is expected of the employee he or she is doing his/her best and is able to achieve the desired objectives, that can only happen when the employee is motivated enough to work hard and achieve the desired performance, hence motivation and effective performance are interlinked, apart from this if the employee is motivated and working hard to achieve the expected performance then he or she would be rewarded at the work place and would remain satisfied that the work done is good and liked by people which eventually means that all these 3 are inter connected and complements each other.
