Organizations today understand the need to change is ever present .

\rightarrow In order to sustain through the competition present in the business environment today, a company needs to be able to create the necessary processes which would allow them the ability to adhere to the factors of competition in the industry. Change is what is brought upon when a company decides to implement a factor which would improve its working practices, making it easy for them to make sure that their competitive aspects are being catered to.

\rightarrow A company's change management plays a necessary function when we need to consider how to make the best possible use of the structure and the functions brought forward by the change. We also need to consider how to best implement the change without disrupting the aspect of the company's productivity.

\rightarrow The change agent in the company can be considered to be its culture, the upper management as well as the leadership of the company since they have the most implications over the aspect of change and what processes are followed while implementing the said change. We need to be able to adhere to the values of the change agents for us to best be able to utilize the factors brought forward by the change.

\rightarrow The benefits of change management can be considered to be the aspect of continued productivity, increased interaction a well as better adjustment to the change processes. Change management allows the change process to go smoothly, from every level of the company's employees and therefore end up creating the required factors for its necessary evolution as a result.

\rightarrow The employees that are most affected by the change management would be the line operators, the leaders as well as the project teams, since having to implement the change is a cultural value and therefore, it needs to understand as a factor of necessity for it to be implemented thoroughly. The employees would be most affected since they are the ones that need to make sense out of the new system and be able to use it as effectively as possible.
