1. Identify a project that you are planning to pursue either at home or at work. List all of the components, decision points, and chance events. What is the measure of success for the project? Assuming that there is more than one measure, how can you reconcile them?
2. What experiences have you had with group decision making? What difficulties do you see arising when trying to perform a multiple-criteria analysis with many interested parties involved? How might these difficulties be overcome, or at least mitigated?
3. In conducting a group study using a multiple-criteria method, you reach a point at which two of the participants cannot agree on a particular response. What course of action would you take to placate the parties and avoid further delay?

First of all I would like to thanks for asking this wonderful question.

Now I would like to tell you that the project which I would like to pursue will be ‘Development of the tourism industry in today’s world ‘.

As we can see tourism is growing day by day in every country. It plays an important role in increasing any countries GDP .In tourism sector airlines, hotels, restaurants are included .Tourism gives an important lifeline to any country as with the help of tourism one person can able to know the history ,geography of any other country.

Now I would like to share some points which I am taking care while performing this projects.

· Mainly I am focusing on the areas like public health issues, check-up centers from where this sector can give us more benefits like medical tourism as it is the fastest growing segment in any country.

· We also know that demand of this sector is increasing day by day as it gives huge amount of employment to the people of different countries.

With development in above points on this sector we can see a great success in this sector. I am working on continues basis on above points to increase the growth.

Now I would like to tell on the experience which I have noted in group decision making.

· In group discussion one person should be a SPOC through which all things can be explained and discussed and he can take the final conclusion.

· In group discussion everyone should have the right to speak and express their views as people can able to know the thoughts what he thought.

Now I would like to tell you the difficulties which will be faced in multiple criteria analysis is that if we are not sure about the objective which we are discussing than the success rate will not be good as it has a weak root to stand, so the objective should be clear to all as they can able to put appropriate views on the same.

At last but not the least I want to say that if we listen people on their points and make a fair conclusion than we will not face in finding any difficulties in finding any final conclusion.
