The results of this study show that there is a moderately strong positive correlation between how much fish a person consumed in their diet over the past year and the health of the person's heart. However, it does not say that eating more fish makes a person's heart healthier. Therefore, we cannot say that the result of this study shows that eating more fish makes a person's heart healthier.
