Answer #1

The body's thinnest tissues which allows for diffusion and filtration are composed of squsmous epithelium. For example, the glomerular membranes and the alveolar lining are made of squamous epithelium. This squamous epithelium is composed of thin and flat cells which allows for easy diffusion of molecules. So, the answer for this question is option A (squamous).
