Answer is hydrogen bonds.

A hydrogen bond is a type of dipole-dipole attraction which occurs when a hydrogen atom interacts to a strongly electronegative atom. Hydrogen bond is stronger than dipole-dipole and dispersion forces, but weaker than covalent and ionic bonds. Nitrogen along with its lone pair of electrons is highly electronegative than hydrogen. Therefore, hydrogen bond will be the strongest interaction rather than covalent or any other bonding.
