It is the unanticipated issues that will create s-emerging when other activities are taking the time and resources or slowly materializing Anticipating issues for a major change of direction for an organization may be unsuccessful for several reasons. There may not be someone knowledgeable available to review the plans and identify potential problems. Also, the organization's plan for change may have weak goals that are unclear cally uncharted courses taken. 1. Manufacturing product in China would definitely bring down the overall cost of production, but there are certain issues being faced in China, which are as :

• Finding a factory location : Its difficult to find a good location in China to build up a factory and thus manufactures find it difficult.
• Language : Languge is a big barrier for anybody to work in China. Manufacturers who set up a factory in China need to interact with local Chinese labors in their language which is difficult to understand.
• Stigma: Consumers still have an inferior opinion towards Chinese products and pay low price only for the China made products.
• Shipping : Shipping charges and time is always higher in China.
• Lower qulity of manufacturing : Chinese labors are known for lower quality of maufacturing and thus the customers are not wiling to pay high for China made products.
• Political and Economic unstability : China is quite unpredictable in terms of political and economic environment and thus the production gets hampered due to unstable environment.
