5)All the active site amino acid are next to each other in primary sequence is the false statement. because protein is globular molecule any amino acid might be active site residue it is not essential to remain next to each other.

6) All the enzyme is bound to substrate and the enzyme is operating at Vmax.

Km michelles menten constant is the measure of affinity of substrate for enzyme at which Vmax is half.

if Km is lower,binding of substrate is good towards enzyme.
