Assume that all members are elastic-perfectly-plastic with the plastic moment capacity shown in the figure. You may assume that for the initial elastic force distribution, the inflection point for all members is located at the mid-point between the ends of the members, and that the controlling mechanism involves yielding of the beams and the base of the columns, i.e., strong-column-weak-beam mechanism.
