As enthalpy of formation is defined as the enthalpy change during the formation of one mole of a compound from its element in the standard state and thus for a element already in standard state enthalpy of formation(△H0f ) is equal to zero.

Standard states of the elements given in the question are F2 - gas , NH3 - liquid , Ni - solid and Hg - liquid .

so we see that F2 and NH3 are not in their standard states so they will have a non zero enthalpy of formation that is △H0f not equal to zero.

So correct answer is two of these would have △H0f not equals to zero. that is option 1
