B) HIGHER

Dried milk sample is over titrated, then volume of EDTA used will be high. consequently, concentration of Ca2+ would also be high. Therefore, mass percent of calcium would also be high.

C) LOWER

If milk powder absorbs some moisture, then mass of the milk powder will be observed High. consequently, mass percentage will come low as it is inversely proportional to mass of the sample.
