Leader and manager are almost same but there are few difference which have to understand.
Leading is about persuading people to do what has to be done in order to achieve a common goal. Leaders create that goal by attempting to change the way things are done, clarifying the road to achieving the goal, and motivating people to work toward it.
Other terms for leadership include:
Create a vision or a new way of thinking by articulating an objective or aim.
Work persistently on this aim; as a role model, persuade others to accept that goal or objective, and eventually attain it;
Inspiring others to go above and beyond the bare minimum with their efforts, frequently through leading by example.
Managing is more about following a procedure and ensuring that others know how to do so as well as setting a direction and influencing others.

Planning, arranging, and ensuring that all of the necessary pieces, both human and non-human, are in place to achieve a specific goal;
Following the organization's established processes and, as necessary, resolving workflow difficulties.
There are some difference between them which are:-
Managers are concerned with business; leaders are concerned with people.
Management is the brains of the company. They devise strategies and

Individual workers are given more attention by leaders, who provide the
support and encouragement they require to accomplish their best work.
Managers are in charge of overseeing, whereas leaders are in charge of guiding.
Managers keep an eye on their personnel and frequently observe from
afar, focusing on the overall process. Leaders lead their teams through
phases and stages, collaborating with them to make the workplace more
efficient and successful. Of course, these jobs can collide at times,
therefore it's not uncommon for managers and leaders to wear
interchangeable hats.
Managers are task-oriented, whereas leaders are goal oriented.
Managers delegate responsibilities and equip their departments with the
resources they need to complete tasks. They keep their personnel on
track and organised, and they evaluate their performance by looking at
the deliverables. Leaders look at the final goal, the intended outcome,
and let their staff to achieve it using their own means. They offer
assistance and training as needed, but they prefer to focus on the
larger picture.
Managers plan projects; leaders motivate the team.

Managers plan milestones and are frequently the ones who delegate and
