Then convert that mass to gram using appropriate conversion factor which is 1 mg = 10-3 g. This will be done by using dimensional analysis in one step.

125 kg * (2.205 lbs/1.000 kg) * (1.20 mg/lbs) * (10-3 g/ 1mg) = 0.33075 gram

Therefore, dose required for a patient with a mass of 125 kg is 0.331 gram.
