Use the direction of the current. If the current goes from a negative terminal to a positive one, the deltaV across that given component is positive. The opposite is negative. Hence, you have a (+6, -4, -3). If you add up all the values, it must equal zero. Hence, the last value must be a potential difference of +1 (negative terminal on the bottom, positive terminal on the top).
