Answer #1

Answer:- 2) Electronegativity describes the tendency of an atom to attract the shared pair of electrons or electron density towards itself.

Electronegativity in halogens:- there are 5 halogens as asked in the question = Fluorine (F), Chlorine (Cl) , Bromine (Br) , Iodine (I) , Astatine (As)

And the increasing order of electronegativity in these halogens is as :-

As < I < Br < Cl < F.

Where, Fluorine is having the highest electronegativity.

Answer: 3) this answer is given in the following image.

1 #Lewis structure for Chy :- CHy is methane I Calculate total valence é in Chy :- ç Hy 4 + 18u = 4+4= f Valena | These circl

I hope it will help you.

Thanks.
