HNO3 + H2O\rightarrowH3O++NO3-

So,3.00×10-7M HNO3 dissociates completely in water to give 3.00×10-7H3O+

H3O+ is H+

pH=-\log[H+]

pH=-\log(3.00×10-7)

=6.52

35)HCl is a strong acid which dissociates completely in water

HCl+H2O\rightarrowH3O++Cl-

0.15M of HCl gives 0.15M H3O+

H3O+ is H+

pH=-\log[H+]

pH=-\log(0.15)
