(a) At a point E, AgCl will precipitate out. Because the concentration of both Ag+ and Cl- are very high.

At a point D, AgCl will not precipitate. Because the concentration of both Ag+ and Cl- ions are not high enough to form saturated AgCl.

(b) Green line in the graph represents the feasibility of the formation of saturated aqueous AgCl.

All points on line such as A, B, C represents situation where AgCl can be dissoved in water without mixing AgNo3 and NaCl.
