Direction of equilibrium can be predicted using Lechatelier's principle which state that any change in factor at equilibrium will shift the equilibrium in that direction where it's effect of change reduces.

a) On adding H3PO4, concentration of H+ increases hence NH3 react with H+ and concentration of NH3 decreases thus equilibrium shift backward (left side).

b) On adding O2, NH3 react with it and concentration of NH3 decreases hence equilibrium shift backward (left side).
