Solution.

Here HNO3 is acid which will donate H+ ion .

Ethylamine is a base which will accept the H+ from acid.

HNO3(aq)+C2H5NH2(aq) ---> C2H5NH3+ (aq)+ NO3-  (aq)

When nitric acid and ethylamine reacts ,it would result in formation of ammonium salt with Nitrate ion as products.
