Yes , The amount of reducing agent (moles/ quantity) is definitely affect the result of reaction .
If we have two different double bond in reaction and used exact 1 mole of reducing agent will reduce more reactive bond only .And we use excess quantity and harsh condition it will reduce both the bond or percent product.
