Ans- Chaperones are the group of proteins that assist and mainly functions in protein folding.

Q- Which type of coat forms on vesicles moving material from ER to golgo?

Ans- A protein called coat protein ll ( COPII) forms vesicles that transport from ER to golgi.

So,the abswea to first question is they help fold proteins

and the answer to second question is COPII coated vesicles.
