Before starting the answer, let me explain a bit about enzyme Activity. You've taken 4 samples of amylase at different concentration.

Talking in terms of the enzyme molecules which are available to the starch, solution 4 will provide the highest number of amylase to the solution, which means more starch will be digested in shortest time.

So the colour change will be rapid and the color change time will decrease with decrease in concentration. So they have a direct relationship in which time taken for the solution to change its color is directly proportional to the concentration of the enzyme. Higher the concentration, less is the time taken.
