The Hardy-Weinberg principle predicts that allelic frequencies remain constant from one generation to the next, or remain in EQUILIBRIUM if we assume that no selection will happen. But it's said in question that natural selection will happen, so the frequency can either increase and decrease.

The answer is option E.
