Answer :

*Zygote : Organisms which reproduce sexually produce 2 types of gametes ( haploid male and female gametes) which fuse to form a zygote. Hence zygote is fertilised egg (the diploid cell created by fusion of sperm and egg ) . It contains all genetic information to form a complete individual by repeated division of cells.

* Gamete :Is a haploid sex cell (a sperm in males and ovum in females ) . They fuse to form a zygote . Formed as a result of meiosis division in which number of chromosomes get halved.  

* Asexual reproduction : A mode of reproduction where there is no formation of sperm or ovum . The offspring inherits all its genetic material from single parent . Hence it is the creation of a genetically identical offspring by a lone parent .

* Budding : It is the splitting of new individuals from outgrowth of the existing ones as seen in Yeast and Hydra.

* Sexual reproduction : In this type of reproduction there is formation of male and female gametes which fuse to form zygote During this fusion exchange of genes take place so unique offspring is formed which don't resemble either of the parents completely .Hence it is the creation of genetically unique offspring by 2 parents.

* Fertilisation : It is the process of fusion of two haploid gametes to form a zygote. It takes place in sexually reproducing organisms .
