at the time of their evolution, plants have adapted some terrestrial existence. Because they have to occupy some, specialized, ecological niches that are deserts, rainforests, and aquatic environments.

those adaptations allowed plants to overcome from the challenges of a dry environment and support growth.

These adaptive features of the terrestrial environment are the following: the presence of cuticles, stomata, vascular tissue that is xylem and phloem, gametangia, and seeds.

Waxy Cuticles and Stomata- reduce the rate of transpiration in case of low availability of water

Plant Phylogeny also play a very important role in adaptation

Alternation of Generations: The Moss Life Cycle is play important role in evolution.
