Ans-a- aminoglycosides, like gentamicin, streptomycin is a class of antibiotics that can kill Gram negative bacteria.

These antibiotic inhibit the process of translation (protein synthesis) by inhibiting the translation at various steps.

Ans-b- fumigation is a chemical method that is used to sterlize the particular area by using the fumigants like formaldehyde, idoform etc.

In this method area (salon) to be fumigated is covered and sealed to make completely close system. Them fumigant is released into the space to be fumigated and left for some time. Fumigants gas percolate through out the space and kills all type of microorganisms present in that area. In the last space is ventilated so the poisonous gases are allowed to escape from the area. Now it is safe to reuse.
