1.Basophils - E. Purple cytoplasmic granules
They are type of WBC
It has bilobed nucleus and purple colour granules within the cytoplasm.
2.Eosinophils - D. Orange cytoplasmic granules .
Mostly seen during allergiec condition
It has biloded nuclei, but occasionally may be trilobed .
Cytoplasm is basophilic and contains reddish orange cytoplasmic granules.
3.Erythrocytes - A. Anucleated
Also known as RBC
Appear as a biconcave disc of uniform shape and size
Anucleated( absence of nuclei )
4.lymphocyte- C. Larger. N:C ratio
N:C ratio means size of a nucleus to size of a cytoplasm .
As the cell mature it's nucleus size reduces but in lymphocytes it decreases upto 3:1 or mostly retain the original size I e 4:1.
5.Monocyte - B.Kidney shaped nucleus
Spherical in shape
Larger in size and have been shaped nucleus.
6.neutrophil - F. Segmented nucleus with 3-5 lobes
It is WBC which is mostly seen , accounts about 70 percent of total WBC count.
Spherical in shape and multinucleated.
