Answer #1

Answer - 4, all of the above are correct

Cholesterol-containing deposits or plaque buildup in the walls of arteries and makes the arteries narrow over time and inflammation are the main causes for coronary artery disease. Coronary artery disease can be caused by atherosclerosis, the narrowing of blood vessels (arteries) throughout the body by building plague on walls thereby induce obstruction of blood flow. The damages of endothelium impairs the function of endothelium and develops a condition called endothelial dysfunction and it is characterised by the constriction (or narrowing) of blood cells instead of dilating (or opening).
