In the above question, the correct answer is option (A), that says "The population on the left shows density independent growth and the per capita growth rate r is a constant as the graph shown is of exponential growth where the population is increasing regardless of the population size and r which can be calculated as the slope of the graph seems to be constant. The growth rate in population independent model is described by the formula:-

dN/dt = rn

The right graph indicates a growth dependent pattern as growth rate first increases and then decreases with increasing population size. This is termed as logistic growth model and no increase in growth rate occurs after carrying capacity is attained. The per capita growth rate also seems to be variable and no option in the above four supports both the conditions. Therefore, the correct answer is option A.
