Answer #1

For this data MS excel is used to make a graph.

%AP_act 120 100 vt-vt t- t t-vt vt- t v-v vt vt t-v vtThis graph properly summarises the data.
As there Is high AP activity when both v and t SNARE interacts. The first data could be used a control.
steps involved in making this graph on MS excel are

STEP 1.

make a table with columns of strain interactions, %AP activity, Negative standard error and positive standard error.

STEP 2.

select the first two columns and click the column option and choose clustered column. You will get a graph without standard error.

STEP 3

now select layout option and then error bars option. Click more error bar at the bottom.

Click vertical error bar and click custom option.

STEP 4

select the positive standard error column and insert the values in the positive error value in custom error bars.

do the same with negative values.

click ok and close. You will get the following graph.

i am not being able to upload the screenshots of the procedure right now due to very poor internet connection. But I will upload it in the comment sections if you need them. Please let me know.
